Floor for Front Fire Room... Floor for Front Fire Room... Floor for Front Fire Room!!!

My question is, how many times can you quickly say, "Floor for Front Fire Room" without messing up? But guess what! Regardless of whether or not we can say it, we can see it! The floor was completed last night and is such a blessing to look at! The Welcome Center is coming along nicely. It is not hard to envision it with kids milling around. We are thankful and pray that we would be a blessing to the Lord as we work for Him alone!
Bless the LORD, O my soul:
And all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
Who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;
So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment
For all that are oppressed.
~Psalm 103:1-6

Short Weekenders... (Both in Length of Stay and Height)

(Amber Steffen & Sadie Steffen working on covering the ceiling.
We will now refrain from making any short jokes as to how much
they needed the ladders!)
(Klint Gerber and Justin Steffen "supervise" the progress)
This past weekend we were thankful to have 12 volunteers from both Bluffton, IN and central Illinois. Although it was a very rainy day, they were still able to work! They cleaned out some stalls as well as completely finished covering the siding with polyurethane in the Welcome Center! Our next project will be to have the flooring finished in the front room along with tiling the bathrooms in the Welcome Center. It is exciting to see things taking shape! Please continue to pray for safety, both physically & spiritually!
This past Sunday afternoon, Kim Sutter preached about Isaiah 31. He reminded us that we should not put our trust in horses or in anything man can do. We can only put our trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! He is the only one Who will never fail us! So don't put your trust in HIS Ranch, the horses, or the staff here. We will fail you! Trust in HIM!!!
"Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!" ~ Isaiah 31:1

I couldn't help commenting on shortness here!)
